Beef joint on the bone (can use shin)

Slow cook the beef overnight in a slow cooker or in some water, in a covered dish in the oven for ¾ hours until the meat falls off the bone.

Set aside to cool slightly then take out the beef and pound it with a wooden spoon until shredded and soft.

Take the water and boil it down until reduced, one thick enough add back to the beef. 

Serve with leafy greens and/or Fat Cakes
