Bread and butter pudding

500ml of whole milk

3 eggs

150g sugar

Sultanas and cinnamon to sprinkle between each layer

Brown sugar for the top

Butter for spreading


Whisk together 100g of sugar, the milk and eggs, 

Butter the bread and start layering into an 8 inch dish. 

Between each layer sprinkle a little sugar, cinnamon and sultanas and when you reach the top of the dish, pour in the egg mixture and press down, let it soak up the mixture and sprinkle a little brown sugar on top. Bake until golden, at least 30 mins
