Cream of chicken soup (concentrated)

2 chicken breasts, diced and fried until golden brown (deglaze the pan with a little water and add to the casserole)

Fresh or tinned peas and carrots (if using fresh, chop up the carrots into small pieces and pre-cook)

Par cooked diced potatoes, either new or floury potatoes would be fine here, just don’t over cook the floury potatoes)

Add some garlic paste and salt and pepper to taste


Simply add the prepared ingredients to a casserole dish and cover and cook for 30-40 mins mins, stirring occasionally to make sure it’s not catching
