600g Plain Flour
Packet of dried yeast
Teaspoon of Salt
3 Tablespoons of Sugar (Sprinkle to add to the yeast)
Oil
Mix dry ingredients apart from the yeast.
Add 2 cups of warm water to the yeast then sprinkle with sugar and eave until frothy/
Add to your dry ingredients and then mix to form a soft dough. You may need to add more warm water.
Leave under a cloth until it has risen and then form into sall, flat, round discs that are thinner in the middle and round the edges.
Fry over a medium heat until dark, golden and cooked through.
The slightly sweet bread is delicious with the salt and savoury beef.
