125g Dried Chickpeas
1/2 Large Onion, Chopped
3 Garlic Clothes, Crushed
200ml Olive Oil
1/2 TBSP Ground Coriander
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1) Soak the Chickpeas for 24 hours in a container with double the amount of water.
2) Drain the Chickpeas and add the Onion, Garlic, Coriander, Salt and Pepper to a Food Processor and blitz until you end up with a grainy paste.
3) Use a Tablespoon to scoop the mixture and create small pebble shaped Falafels.
4) Heat a pan up with oil and Shallow fry the Falafels for 4 minutes, until golden and crispy.
5) Let rest on Kitchen paper and add to a Salad or add to a Wrap.
