1 Med Onion and 1 Stick of Celery

300g pack of mushrooms

1 stock cube and 2 garlic cloves

Oil sugar salt and pepper

Chilli optional, garlic optional

Water


Fry the onion and celery with salt and sugar until golden and caramelised and add the sliced mushrooms.


Fry until any liquid has gone, add pepper and garlic then fry for 1-2 minutes.


Add 1 pint of water and the stock cubes and simmer for 5-10 minutes then whizz up until smooth.


Add more water if it is too thick and season to taste
