Pack of Frozen Peas

2 Carrots

1 Onion

2 Stock Cubes

Stick of Celery

Salt, pepper, Sugar and oil

Mint (Optional)


Fry the onion and celery with salt and sugar until golden and caramelised and then add the peas, mint, garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the stock cubes with 1 pint of water and whizz up. Add more water if it’s too thick, you can also add some milk /cream here if you want it extra creamy.
