Pack of Noodles

Fresh veg like pepper or carrots and spring onion. Thinly sliced.

2 chicken thighs

Panko breadcrumbs or normal breadcrumbs

Cornflour

Salt and Pepper

5 Eggs

Mayo (1 tbsp)

Use the powder packet from the noodles.


Cook the noodles in slightly more water than the packet suggests. Don’t add the powder pack

Mix 1 egg, the mayo  and powder pack into a bowl.

Once the noodles are cooked, drain them but save the water. Let it cool for 5 minutes then add it to the egg/mayo mixture, mixing all the time. This is your ramen sauce. 

Top your ramen with an egg, soft boiled and the veg.

Dry the thighs and set aside. Prepare 3 bowls and with the breadcrumbs (you can add chilli and salt to these) one with cornflour and another with 1 egg in, beaten.

Dip the thighs into cornflour, egg and breadcrumbs

Shallow fry until cooked through (medium heat)

Slice and this can go into your raman too.
