3 large potatoes, peeled and finely sliced (you can also add diced/grated swede)
1 large or 2 smaller onions finely sliced
2 medium or 1 large carrot cut however you like but not too big chunks as it won’t cook properly
1 small tin of corned beef and or chopped up cooked bacon
Optional - tin of baked beans
½ a pint of stock mixed
Layer the ingredients in a medium sized casserole dish and cover with the stock. Bake on 180 degrees for about an hour or until it’s golden and crispy and the potatoes are cooked through
